What is yoga nidra?
Yoga nidra is a guided meditation practiced lying down in savasana. The state of deep healing facilitates better sleep, neutralizes excess stress and restores profound rejuvenation to the body. One yoga nidra session can be equivalent to almost 3 hours of sleep! Students may wish to bring their own pillow and blanket but there are some to use at the studio.
